Karl brings to David M. Dion Real Estate over 25 years experience buying, selling and renovating properties in California. He relocated to the Mad River Valley in 2002 to operate a local Bed & Breakfast. Karl has served as chairman of the Waitsfield Planning Commission, volunteers for the Mad River Valley Ambulance Service, and is a member of the Valley Rotary club and Chamber of Commerce. Erik comes to David M. Dion Real Estate from Westfield, NJ with a degree in Communications from Boston College. He started coming to the Mad River Valley to ski with his Father almost 30 years ago and knew someday he would make it his home. Prior to real estate, he was a location sound engineer working in network television, documentaries, and feature films throughout New England. Erik and his wife Lisa moved here full time to raise a family, and love being a part of this close knit community. He is Vice President of Operations for the Mad River Valley Ambulance Service, and Vice President of the Sports Car Club of Vermont. Steve comes to David M. Dion Real Estate from Framingham, Massachusetts. Prior to selling real estate Steve was in the exotic imported furniture business and owned a tile setting company.
